The portable marking device e-touch enables the identification of parts using dot peen technology. This process ensures reliable and unchanging marking directly in the material. The marking (text, logo, 2D Data Matrix code and QR code) is defined by a series of dots produced by a tungsten carbide stylus mounted in the electromagnetic striker assembly.
OPTIMIZED TOUCH SCREEN
The E-touch includes a color touch screen that offers icon-based programming and is easy to use. The ergonomic and fluid interface allows programming with two hands just like a smartphone. Its touchscreen can be used with or without gloves, making it perfectly suited for use in an industrial environment. The SEE&MARK function, a full 1:1 viewing window, allows you to view the mark exactly as it will be applied to the part.
LIGHTER AND MORE COMPACT
E-touch integrates its controller and touchscreen and requires no additional carrying case. Weighing less than 2 kg and with a small footprint of 220 x 210 x 125 mm, the e-touch is the most compact and lightest portable dot marking device on the market. However, it is very robust and sturdy thanks to its internal metal structure. In addition, it has an ergonomic handle and excellent weight balance, offering outstanding maneuverability.
REVOLUTIONARY INTERCHANGEABLE FRONT PANEL SYSTEM
The E-touch has 3 faceplates that allow it to adapt to a number of marking configurations:
The standard face plate is specially designed for marking flat parts or cylinders.
The magnetic front plate is perfect for marking metal parts.
Finally, the adjustable reduced faceplate can be used to mark small parts, recesses or hard-to-reach areas.
The versatility offered by these 3 different faceplates allows marking of most parts without the need for a pole, which is often a bulky and impractical solution when looking for the mobility of a portable system.
