As its name suggests, the SIC Marking XL-Box plays a leading role in a range of laser workstations due to its features and dimensions. It is designed to increase productivity and to adapt to the needs of production and production lines.
Created after the popular L-Box, the XL-Box has larger internal dimensions with a work surface of 570 x 564 mm. It is made of solid steel, compact, 655 mm wide, which allows the operator to work comfortably when inserting / removing the marked parts.
The XL-Box is equipped with a pneumatic drive and an intuitively secure door that locks automatically when the cycle is started and unlocks when marking is complete. The “smart” Z-axis operates on a 235 mm (9-1 / 4 “motor drive).
The XL-Box is equipped with a high-voltage optical laser that allows shallow or deep markings of alphanumeric codes, barcodes and 2D DataMatrix codes. It is suitable for marking on all metals and some plastic parts.
It is easy to operate, even for users with minimal training in laser technology.
